For orders over £2500 we may ask for a B.A.C.S. payment/transfer as an alternative to credit card payment.

We use HSBC Bank's Global Iris system to provide you with a secure integrated shopping environment.
Payment is handled by HSBC Bank
After browsing our catalogue and placing any item you wish to purchase in the shopping basket and click to go to the checkout, your order is encrypted and you are passed to the Global Iris server for payment. You provide your card and address details. These details are security checked and verified with the relevant card issuer. You complete the transaction which is very similar to an offline transaction where you enter a PIN code to authenticate the card.
You receive a message in your browser window confirming transaction is complete.
HSBC Bank guarantees that their payment detail will not be divulged to any third party including Ebuild UK Limited.
All transaction information passed between www.discountbuildsupplies.comand HSBC is encrypted using 128-bit Extended Validation SSL certification.
Made to order Products:
A number of products on our website will be individually made to order, once ordered and confirmed these products cannot be cancelled or returned as they are made at the customers request.
An invoice will be sent after payment has cleared and when the order has been processed.
All of our products come with the manufacturer's guarantee of 12 months. Some products may have longer guarantees, please contact us if you should require additional information.
Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected.
Information & Accuracy:
We retain the right to make adjustments to the pricing on this site to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties. If the price is found to be incorrect a new price shall be submitted to you and if this price is unacceptable then the contract shall be cancelled, with a refund if applicable.
All prices shown are excluding the current rate of V.A.T at 20%, which will be added to your order at checkout.
Should your required item not be in stock, we will back order it for you. We will e-mail you with the proposed delivery date and should you rather not wait for delivery, you will have the option to cancel your order or part of it. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please make every effort to ensure the goods you order are suitable for your requirements. If you have any doubt in your choice, please do not hesitate to contact us for guidance on the products in the range.
Orders cancelled prior to delivery may incur a restocking charge passed on by the manufacturers.
In the unlikely event of goods being delivered damaged or faulty, a collection note will be issued and goods will be exchanged as soon as possible free of charge.
Changed your mind?
If you change your mind and wish to return the goods you can. Under the United Kingdom's distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within a period of 7 working days, beginning the day after the day on which you received delivery (with the exception of any made to order items i.e. Roof Trusses or Eco Joists). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract. We require you notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your contract.
The goods must be unused and in the original packaging and be fit for resale. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us or our suppliers.
It is recommended you take out insurance on the goods against damage or loss.
Ebuild UK Limited reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel the Contract or reduce the volume of the Goods ordered by you the Buyer (without liability to you the Buyer) if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party s workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, provided that, if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 45 days, Ebuild UK Limited shall be entitled to give notice in writing to you the buyer to terminate the Contract.
